Hello! My name is Maneka Lindo, and I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern currently completing my graduate studies at Springfield College. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward personal growth and emotional well-being. My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, respect, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and understood.

I believe that every individual has their own unique experiences, strengths, and story. My goal is to meet clients where they are, build meaningful therapeutic relationships, and support them in identifying their strengths while working toward their personal goals.
