Initial Consultation

The initial consultation will be a time to evaluate and determine the services that best suit your needs. We will also ask questions about any current symptoms or issues that may need addressing, as well as how these affect daily life. This allows us to create a plan of care for you which is designed specifically with your individual needs in mind.

Group Therapy

Grief and loss are difficult emotions to process, especially when they come from the death of a loved one. It can be hard to talk about these feelings with family or friends, which is why many people turn to group therapy for support. Group therapy for grief and loss provides an opportunity for individuals who have experienced similar losses to share their stories, express their feelings in a safe environment, and find comfort in knowing that others understand what they’re going through.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one session with a trained professional that provides guidance and support to help address mental health concerns. Individual therapy can be beneficial as it allows individuals the opportunity to explore themselves more .

Women's Group

A Women's Group focused on postpartum issues provides a safe space where women can openly discuss their experiences without judgment or criticism. It gives them the chance to connect with other moms who understand what they’re going through, share advice and tips based on personal experience, and build meaningful relationships that will last beyond the group meetings.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of psychotherapy that involves family members working together to improve their communication and relationships. It can help with a range of issues.

Men's Group

The goal of Men’s Group Therapy is not only to provide support but also offer insight into how different perspectives on life may help one another cope with personal problems or life events. During these sessions, members will have the opportunity discuss topics such as relationships (with family/friends/partners), mental health issues (depression/anxiety) career choices and ambitions.
